Cheri Cowan runs the day-to-day operations at DeepBlue, which includes overseeing the design, programming and project management teams. She works closely with all DeepBlue clients to ensure proper communications and progress on site projects. Cheri brings over 20 years of marketing and program management to the DeepBlue team and is a vested partner in the organization. Cheri has played a key role in the success of the company and has developed DeepBlue's internal systems and operation methodology. She has served to substantially grow the company's relationship with long-standing clients such as MBT International, The Carter Center and Mazda Corporation.
Before joining DeepBlue, Cheri spent 11 years with IBM in Software Development, Marketing, and as an account executive and business partner manager. There she developed her wide range of marketing and communications experience and management skills. Her career then took her to MCI, where she served as Senior Manager of Program Management and Support Operations. Prior to her joining DeepBlue in 2000, Cheri also worked in product marketing at ADP.
Born in New Orleans, she received her BS in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science from LSU and her MBA from the University of Dallas. She went on to her post-master's studies in consultative and change management.
